Welcome BACK to theREALBlueRibbonBaby.org website! We’re all excited to be back online, with a new domain name. We hope to get the old one back, so if someone who loves us wants to help, we’d love to hear from you!
There are many repairs to be done around here, so please bear with me as I work out the kinks. The site was being hacked mercilessly for quite some time even before the domain name was lost.
Check us out on Facebook as well: https://www.facebook.com/therealblueribbonbaby
“… If we argue 1.0% MTLP [toxemia
] with the Brewer Diet … that’s still one per hundred, ten per thousand, ten thousand per million. I am saying zero, 0, zip, NONE per million ….”
~Dr. Tom Brewer
Toxemia. Pre-Eclampsia. HELLP Syndrome. Premature birth.
Low birth weight. Intrauterine growth retardation.
It’s not genetics. It’s not random. The cause is NOT unknown. Toxemia CAN be stopped. Preeclampsia CAN be stopped. Best of all, YOU can stop it!
HOW? All the scientific research being done on toxemia and preeclampsia these days is focusing on treatment, and none of it is promising. But the research has already been done, many times and many ways in the past 50+ years, and we know that you can PREVENT this from happening to you in the first place, no matter what your personal history may be. The simple answer? GOOD NUTRITION.
Common sense tells you to eat right when you’re pregnant, and traditional wisdom says you’re “eating for two“. So why are doctors telling you to cut out salt, avoid gaining too much weight, and giving you little or no information about what IS a good diet for pregnancy? Why is the medical community so disinterested in this information? As one doctor put it, “No one is going to make any money off good nutrition.”
If you’re new to this site, we invite you to browse around, and glean from the wisdom of Dr. Tom Brewer, who himself had no toxemia in his own practice using his own simple, common sense nutritional plan. Other experts are represented here as well. In particular, you may want to look at the following pages:
